What exactly is NFC?
It's the same technology you use to pay by tapping your card on a card reader. Inside the piece there's a tiny chip: when someone holds their phone close, the phone reads the link and opens the screen you chose. It has no batteries and never wears out.
Does it work with any phone?
With virtually all modern phones, both iPhone and Android. You just tap it against the top or the back of the phone, without opening any app.
What if my customer's phone has no NFC?
No problem: all our pieces also have a printed QR code. Open the phone camera, point it, and it goes to exactly the same place. We always include both options.
Do I have to pay a subscription or install an app?
Neither. You pay for the piece once and it works forever. No monthly subscriptions and no depending on a third-party app that might disappear tomorrow.
Where can the NFC take people?
To anything with a link: your Google listing, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, your website, your digital menu, your location, a form, your online shop… It can also connect straight to wifi. You choose.
Can I change the link later on?
Yes, and this matters: if you change your website, your username or your listing, you don't throw the piece away. Write to us and we'll explain how to reprogram it yourself from your phone, or send it to us and we'll do it.
How do I personalise it with my brand?
When you order, you tell us the name you want on it and, if you have one, send us your logo. We prepare the design, show it to you for approval, and only then do we make it.
Is it only for businesses, or for individuals too?
For both. Businesses usually want reviews, digital menus or guest wifi; individuals want to share their Instagram or their contact details without any fuss. The same product works for both.
How long does my order take?
Every piece is made and programmed to order. It's usually 3-5 working days plus shipping time. For a custom design, we confirm the timescale before starting.
Do you do large orders for companies or franchises?
Of course. We work with shops, hospitality, holiday lets and sales teams. Above a certain quantity we apply special pricing: write to us telling us how many you need and by when.
Can I pay when the order arrives?
Yes, within Spain. As well as paying online, you can choose cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
What if it arrives broken or doesn't work?
Write to us with a photo and we'll sort it out: we'll send a replacement or refund you. We test every chip with a phone before sending it, so it's rare, but if it happens we cover it.
